1120 am shake: 1/2 banana, blueberry, flax, iron, calcium, acaii 220 cal
1230 pm vermicelli, with egg white ground chicken, teriyaki sauce, ho fan, pho
broth, beef ball (5) bok choy 450 cal


320 pm cookies: gluten free, protein, banana, almond choco chip 120 cal

700 pm mole chicken with lettuce avacado beans green peppers potato 400 cal
930 pm necatarine 40 cal
10 pm kale chips 30 cal

GYM: ran 37 minutes, worked out legs
